Crafting 101

Here we go! It’s our first CAL for Crafting 101 and I hope you’re ready to get started! You’ll need an “H” hook, one skein of cotton yarn, a tapestry needle and scissors. Let’s begin! Remember that you only get a few lines (or rounds) each day.

CAL #1 for Crafting 101

Ch 4, join to make a circle

Round 1: Ch 3, 7 dc in ring, join with beg. ch 3 (8 dc)

Round 2: Ch 3, 1 dc in same space, 2 dc in each dc around, 2 dc in the beginning ch 3 space, join with beg. ch 3 (18 dc)

Round 3: Ch 3, 1 dc in same space, (ch 1, skip 1 dc, 2 dc in next dc) 8 times, ch 2, join with beg. ch 3

That’s it for today! Doesn’t seem like much, but I’ve got to stretch it out! This is my own creation so we’ll see what it makes as we go along. TTFN!
