A quick, cute ball!

Published by pef1996 at 6:08 pm under Fun!! Edit This

So, not only is this a cute photo of my youngest, but I was trying to get him to hold up the ball I made him for Christmas! It was a quick and easy project, took less than fifteen minutes to make.

So, all you do is you need to make five or six oblong strips of fabric that end with a point on each end. Kind of like feathers. Once you cut them out, pin them together so you can sew the pieces together one by one. You can use all the same color like I did or make variations with different colors and patterns.

Once you sew the sides together, sew up one of the bottoms. Then stuff it with polyfill. I added three jingle bells inside it so it’d make noise. Then you have to sew up the top. I put some thread on a needle and sewed up the top, but tried to hide my stitches. Basically I thread it through like I was going to pull it tight and pulled it tight and tied it off. Hope that makes sense!

This is quick and easy and I plan on making more as I have more little babies to make these for! Oh and do you see what’s laying beside the ball? That’s tomorrow’s topic! Tune in!
